Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During holidays, sales, or other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping: $8
Express Shipping: $15

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. The Book Monger is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested so we can help resolve the problem.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. The Book Monger is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
