We want you to love your purchase from The Book Monger. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with eligible returns.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Free from writing, highlighting, stains, damage, or other signs of use
- Returned with any original packaging, accessories, or components when applicable
Books, games, puzzles, stationery, and other merchandise that has been used or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items that have been used, damaged, written in, or altered after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested for damaged items.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund and return the funds to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website and include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
The Book Monger reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
